Managing Director

Ms. Sy has worked at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Deloitte Corporate Finance Limited. She has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance and direct investment and is a member of CPA Australia.

Ms. Vily Leung

Executive Director

Ms. Leung oversees daily operations and assists with marketing and business development. She has extensive experience providing corporate finance advisory services to listed companies in Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China, with more than 20 years of experience.

Mr. Vincent Chung

Director & Responsible Officer

Mr. Chung has more than 20 years of finance and investment banking experience. He has worked at regional investment banks including Lippo Bank and First Finance, participating in a wide range of corporate finance transactions.

Mr. Denny Hui

Director

Mr. Hui leads execution work in M&A, IPO advisory and corporate finance. His experience spans corporate finance and accounting, including roles at a regional institution and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ms. Milla So

Associate Director

Ms. So works on M&A, IPO advisory and corporate finance execution. She previously worked at HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited, Cinda International Capital Limited and Advent Corporate Finance Limited. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
